Our return policy is that refunds or exchanges are not accepted on hair products due to sanitation reasons. All hair product sales are final.
Non-hair refunds are available on a case by case basis. If approved, there is a ($10 + 30%) restocking fee on all refunds, which covers costs associated with reversing the order process.
All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
